Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for internal talent recruitment within the company;
2. Based on the existing staffing and business development needs, determine recruitment goals, summarize job and personnel requirements, and develop and implement recruitment plans;
3. Plan, develop, maintain, and expand recruitment channels to ensure that they effectively meet the company's talent needs;
4. Responsible for resume screening, resume recommendation, interview invitations, participating in interviews, and following up on job offers and other recruitment work;
5. Responsible for establishing a talent pool for the enterprise, managing resumes and maintaining information confidentiality;
6. Summarize the problems in recruitment work, propose rationalization suggestions for optimizing recruitment systems and processes, and complete recruitment analysis reports;
7. Organize campus recruitment and maintain relationships with universities.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in recruitment in industries such as electronic communication, hardware high-tech, radio frequency and microwave, optoelectronic laser, optical communication, optics, chip semiconductor, etc. preferred;
2. Possess good language expression and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and judgmental abilities;
3. Able to withstand certain pressures, with strong execution ability and sense of responsibility;
