Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for technical communication, indicator demonstration, and scheme design of microwave, millimeter wave antennas, and feed networks;

2. Responsible for detailed design work such as schematic, simulation, layout, and assembly drawings of antennas and feed networks;

3. Propose corresponding requirements to structural engineers based on RF component requirements and cooperate with them to complete the corresponding work;

4. Responsible for drafting and testing testing testing plans for antenna and feed network functions, performance, reliability, etc., and writing test reports;

5. Responsible for writing and archiving technical documents related to the project.

6. Participate in solving various technical problems that arise during the trial and mass production of antennas and feed networks;

7. Participate in after-sales technical support and cooperate with customer system debugging.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, electronic information engineering, radio physics, electronic science and technology, etc;

2. Having a solid theoretical foundation in microwave technology;

3. Familiar with the design methods of passive components such as power dividers and antennas;

4. Proficient in simulation software such as Matlab and HFSS, and at least one drawing software such as CAD and PowerPCB;

5. Experience in array antenna and feed network design, and understanding of array antenna algorithms are preferred;

6. Familiar with antenna related processes such as thin film circuits and PCBs;

7. Having good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and learning and comprehension abilities.
