Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the project demonstration, overall design, indicator and task decomposition allocation, technical coordination, and technical status management of phased array antennas, and managing the entire project process with the assistance of project management personnel;

2. Responsible for the integration, joint testing, and delivery of phased array antennas;

3. Responsible for organizing and solving key technical difficulties in phased array antenna systems;

4. Responsible for technology and product development planning in relevant directions.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, or related fields;

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, master's/doctoral degree is preferred, and familiarity with any system such as satellite communication, radar, and data link is preferred;

3. Those with a solid foundation in circuit and electromagnetic theory, as well as practical experience in array antennas, TR components, etc., are preferred;

4. Familiar with phased array antenna architecture, with a certain understanding of structure, thermal design, mechanics, environmental testing, etc;

5. Have a certain understanding of the relevant processes of phased array antenna systems;

6. Possess strong communication skills, stress resistance, and logical thinking abilities.
