Silicon-based Beamforming Chip Technology

Including two major series: analog beam forming chips (ABF, Analog Beam-Forming) and digital beamforming chips (DBF, Digital Beam-Forming). In terms of ABF chips, I have mastered the design technology of multi-channel, multi beam, low-power, and high integration ABF chips in the C/X/Ku/Ka/E/W band; The DBF chip has mastered core circuit design technologies such as ultra wideband, low-power, ultra high speed ADC/DAC, PLL, Mixer, etc.

Compound-based MMIC Chip Technology

Based on advanced GaAs and GaN epitaxial materials, devices, and process technologies, master technologies such as C/X/Ku/Ka band T/R MMIC chips, ultra wideband amplifier MMIC chips, low noise amplifier MMIC chips, and high-power and high-efficiency GaN power amplifier MMIC chips.

T/R Component Design Technology

Master the simulation and design technology of brick and short brick T/R components and tile T/R components based on micro assembly technology, and master the design technology of SiP ultra small T/R components based on microsystem technology.

Integrated Technology of Phased Array Antenna System

Based on the self-developed core chips, components, and modules of Ruichuang Micro Nano, we can provide customers with complete miniaturized phased array antenna integration solutions and products, including antenna design, T/R design, MMIC chip solution, feeding design, wave controlled power supply design, structural heat dissipation design, etc.

Testing Strength

Comprehensive testing methods lead products to reach international standards
The company has a comprehensive RF, microwave, millimeter wave testing platform, high-frequency chip packaging platform, reliability verification platform, a standardized R&D micro assembly line, an automated micro assembly production line with an annual production capacity of up to 200,000 channels, a highly reliable aerospace grade micro assembly production line, a chip back-end production line that meets R&D testing and small-scale shipment, a far-field anechoic chamber with an effective testing distance of 12 meters, and a near-field anechoic chamber that can test 1.5-meter caliber antennas.

Production Capacity

Our own production line has a strict quality assurance system to ensure mass production capacity. Relying on strong R&D capabilities, the company has a domestic phased array terminal R&D, manufacturing, production, testing and verification platform and production base. The annual production capacity can reach 200,000 channels per year.
