Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for internal research project management, requirement decomposition, plan formulation, process control, risk control, document management, etc;

2. Responsible for following up on project research and development, production tasks, effectively coordinating and utilizing company resources, and achieving project goals;

3. Responsible for cross departmental communication and coordination of resources to ensure that projects are carried out and executed according to plan;

4. Other project management related work.

Job requirements

1. Have more than 5 years of experience in managing electronic research and development projects, and those with excellent conditions can be appropriately relaxed;

2. With a background in science and engineering, experience in optoelectronic laser, optical communication, and RF microwave industries is preferred;

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, actively solving problems;

4. Possess efficient and rapid response ability and execution ability;

5. Possess strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

6. Priority given to those with PMP certification;
