Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the quality system throughout the entire process of company product implementation (including customer needs, design and development, pilot testing, incoming materials, process, shipment, customer complaints, improvement, etc.), including the establishment of relevant systems, processes, and standards, and organizing their implementation;

2. Responsible for quality system audits for customers and third parties, reporting quality status to management and customers;

3. Supervise and implement the improvement of the company's product quality and the improvement of plans, maintain the company's quality assurance system, and improve product quality;

4. Responsible for the establishment, implementation, certification, and maintenance of the quality management system (ISO 9001.GJB9001C);

5. Responsible for handling, analyzing, and correcting and preventing non conformities found during production and inspection, as well as quality complaints from internal and external customers;

6. Responsible for building the company's quality culture, enhancing the company's quality management capabilities and level, and responsible for team management and development.

Job requirements

1. Have more than 5 years of experience in quality management, with priority given to experience in the optical communication industry, electronic communication, electromechanical, and optical industries;

2. Familiar with the production process and quality control of electromechanical, electronic, and optical products, familiar with the operation system of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety;

3. Proficient in writing management program files, familiar with and mastering quality management methods and tools, and familiar with various quality management systems;

4. Possess strong organizational, leadership, control, and communication skills, strong principles, and a strong awareness of quality and a mindset of providing high-quality service to customers.
