Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for product scheme design, mechanical structure design, mass production structure design, and functional module testing and verification;

2. Responsible for coordinating and assisting engineers from other departments to complete the assembly and debugging of the structure;

3. Complete various analysis and calculations during the development process, such as size chain analysis, strength calculation, modal analysis, thermal coupling analysis, etc;

4. Responsible for engineering coordination in product trial production and production processes, including exporting, delivering, following up on production data, and providing guidance on production testing;

5. Responsible for coordinating the reliability testing, patent, and certification related work of product prototypes;

6. Write mechanical related documents during the product development process.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience, majoring in mechanical design or related fields

2. Familiar with precision optical mechanical structure design, sheet metal design, various surface treatments and heat treatments;

3. Priority will be given to those with structural design experience in gun sights, telescopes, visible light lens products, laser ranging products, precision optoelectronic turntables, LiDAR and other related projects;

4. Familiar with the characteristics of various commonly used metals, plastics, and other materials;

5. Proficient in mechanical design tools such as Pro/E and proficient in finite element analysis tools such as ANSYS;

6. Familiar with GJB150, familiar with the principles and processes of various product reliability tests.
