Job responsibilities

1. Plan design, device selection, schematic design, layout design, and assembly drawing writing for RF TR component products;

2. Prototype debugging, testing and verification of RF TR components, analyzing and solving problems;

3. Follow up on the assembly of R&D prototypes, and cooperate with process engineers to optimize production processes and debug work;

4. The writing of relevant technical documents;

5. Cooperate with overall or user joint testing and debugging work.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience, majoring in electronic science and technology, electromagnetic fields and microwaves, radio physics, electronic engineering, and other related fields;

2. Familiar with wireless RF circuits, with experience in RF active circuit projects;

3. Proficient in using simulation software such as ADS and HFSS;

4. Proficient in using one or more drawing software such as Altium Designer, AutoCAD, Candence, etc;

5. Proficient in using commonly used RF testing instruments such as network analyzers, spectrographs, signal sources, noise meters, power meters, etc; Experience in designing RF TR modules at or above 20GHz is preferred;

6. Has strong hands-on ability, good teamwork spirit, and a strong interest in the professional direction they are engaged in.
